Maintenance Requests can be made
through the tenant portal on rentredi.com
Maintenance Request Instructions:
From tenant.rentredi.com, log in or create an account
Follow the steps below to submit a maintenance request using RentRedi!
Click on the Repair button
Click the + icon in the top right corner
Enter your details for the description of the issue
Click Tap to Upload
Select whether you'd like to take a photo or video
Click the Blue Check button to accept the video.
Review and send.
